Energy work based on Craniosacral Therapy and IMT. Throughout history distance healing work has been a part of the repertoire of shamans and energy healers who were working off the grid of the time space continuum. Zoom allows us to do this in a modern context. The presence, connection and intuitive sensing transcends physical proximity to shift pain, emotional stagnation, and general overwhelm. Distance healing is particularly effective for those who have prior experience with meditation, yoga or healing work. 

What to Expect

The sessions take place either on the phone or over Zoom with you in a reclined or relaxed position. Jennifer will attune to your field and together you will work to release energy blockages with the intention of reducing symptoms and increasing well being. Sometimes the sessions are quiet, other times sessions are conversant, working through the issues as they arise.

I had never experienced remote work before so I didn’t know what to expect. With a little trepidation,  I relaxed with breath into my inner experience and any fear of intrusion of my inner space instantly released. I had the impression of having a nonjudgmental spotlight on the inside of me.  Various sensations came and went culminating with the wonderful experience of coming into the resonating center of myself and resting. The session was several days ago and I still have more physical space and ease in my mouth and throat as well as more opening at my crown.  I highly recommend Jennifer’s work.  I’m looking forward to my next session.—J.T.

Tenth House Yoga Privates Online

Yoga online is an effective way to continue your practice with Jennifer and can’t come to in-person classes in Athens, NY. Jennifer’s teaching is purposeful—designed to dive deep within the yogic tradition. Her work includes all aspects of yoga including postures, breath, meditation and mantra. 

Students may be asked to purchase props to support the practice including yoga mats, blocks, blankets, a strap, and a folding chair. Having materials present and visible is a wonderful way in to morning asana. (So is coffee :) )

Jennifer has such a warm, intimate, and non-judgmental approach to yoga practice and combines it with deep physiological knowledge. Her class required a lot of stretching and balancing, physically and mentally. I came out of it feeling at peace and with such a full heart. It was a real joy and exactly what I needed. I’d recommend her to people with all levels of experience and interest, no matter your fitness or injury level. —L.F.B.
