Tenth House Yoga combines traditional and modern techniques to support your structure, breath, and wellbeing. Each class is a unique combination of Hatha yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation to strengthen, lengthen, relax, and focus.

Jennifer has such a warm, intimate, and non-judgmental approach to yoga practice and combines it with deep physiological knowledge. Her class required a lot of stretching and balancing, physically and mentally. I came out of it feeling at peace and with such a full heart. It was a real joy and exactly what I needed.
