Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy (BCST)/
Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) --
BCST is based in osteopathy. It is a light touch technique that engages the energetics of tissue and fluids to improve function holistically and dynamically throughout the body. IMT is rooted in visceral manipulation, physical therapy, and cranial osteopathy. It is also a light touch therapy that addresses structural issues to improve tissue integrity, drainage, immunity and biomechanics. When used together, the two systems offer significant relief of symptoms and holistic integration.
